What is a portable IBC tote?

Calona IBC tote from Premier Tech Water and Environment, ideal for the safe transport of diesel, AdBlue, and other dangerous liquids.

A portable intermediate bulk container (IBC) tote is a secure tank that makes it possible to safely ship diesel, AdBlue, and other potentially hazardous liquids by road.

We rotomould the Calona IBC tote with 100% virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and add UV protection to guard against the damaging effects of sunlight.

Available with capacities of 200 or 410 L, our compact solutions are perfectly adapted to a wide range of vehicles, including pick-ups, vans, and trucks.

Each unit is stackable and comes with integrated handling grooves for pallet jacks and forklifts. Easy-access handles for manual lifting also come standard.

Safety is built into our design. The Calona IBC tote is self-ventilated and has a recirculation bypass system for peace of mind.

Operation

How do our portable IBC totes work?

Forklift and pallet jack grooves integrated into the design of the Calona IBC diesel tote from Premier Tech Water and Environment.

Our intuitive design makes our portable IBC totes easy to use.

To access and use the stored liquid, simply connect electrical clamps to the 12 V battery.

Once the clamps are connected, the automatic dispenser will begin to feed from the tote's reservoir. The delivered volume can then be monitored with the system's flow meter.
