Premier Tech Aqua acquires Atelier Plastique Forézien in France

Premier Tech Aqua acquires Atelier Plastique Forézien in France.

Premier Tech Aqua France, proud to contribute to local, sustainable development, announces the acquisition of Atelier Plastique Forézien (APF) in Andrézieux-Bouthéon and, consequently, the increase of its manufacturing capacity on its markets.

For 20 years, APF's business success, like that of Premier Tech Aqua, has been based on sustained efforts to create products recognized for their design, robustness, and innovative technology. By adding the expertise of several rotational moulding specialists, Premier Tech Aqua will increase the number of its team members in France to more than 200. By extension, this will increase the footprint of its parent company, the Canadian group Premier Tech, a world leader in various industries with 3,250 team members in 23 countries.

“This transaction fits perfectly with Premier Tech Aqua’s development strategy in the south of France. Already established in Ille-et-Vilaine and Maine-et-Loire, we want this new acquisition to promote proximity with our customers and partners by providing us with local production units," explains Henri Ouellet, president of Premier Tech Aqua.

Driven by its values and aware, through its role as a major player in wastewater treatment, of the importance of sustainable development at the heart of each territory, Premier Tech Aqua has always favoured the creation of local jobs in areas where its partners work. Premier Tech Aqua is proud to contribute to development in all its forms, including by supporting the local economy and protecting our shared water resources.
