Routine septic maintenance
We provide one-off visits and annual service plans for all system types, including the Ecoflo compact biofilter.
Routine maintenance for any residential septic system
Preventive maintenance is the simplest way to keep your septic system working properly and avoid costly problems down the line.
Regular service is strongly recommended for conventional systems. For advanced treatment systems, annual maintenance is often required by local authorities and may be a condition of your manufacturer's warranty.
We maintain all system types — septic tanks, biofilters, aerobic treatment units (ATUs), and more — regardless of who installed them.
If you prefer to arrange things as needed, we offer one-off visits. If you'd rather set it and forget it, our annual maintenance plans offer scheduled visits in advance.
What our maintenance visit covers
Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
As part of the visit, our technician will:
- visually inspect all tanks, lids, and access covers
- check sludge and scum levels to assess whether tank emptying is needed
- clean your effluent filter, as needed
- test mechanical and electrical components, including pumps, floats, and aerators, if present
- check and maintain your filtering medium, if present
After the visit, we provide a record of the work carried out and explain anything that needs attention.
Simple pricing for planned maintenance
In most cases, our routine maintenance starts at $200 per visit.
The final price depends on your system and location. We'll always confirm the price before any work begins — no surprises and no obligation to proceed.
A routine maintenance visit is a modest investment compared to the cost replacing a neglected system. Catching small issues before they become major headaches is always worth it in the long run.
