Premier Tech Aqua proudly announces its merger with French company Calona Purflo.
Premier Tech Aqua, a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and marketing of rotomoulded and composite products for on-site wastewater treatment, rainwater management, and liquid storage, finalized the contract to merge Calona Purflo with its French business unit on July 1, 2015.
The merger aims to improve the services provided to customers and partners, and to simplify administrative and commercial procedures. The current organization of the company, the total workforce, and the functions of team members remain unchanged.
