What our maintenance visit covers
Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a visit at a time that suits you. In most cases, we can be on site within 3 to 5 working days.
As part of the visit, our technician will:
- visually inspect all tanks, lids, and access covers
- check sludge and scum levels to assess whether tank emptying is needed
- inspect inlet and outlet pipes for blockages or damage
- check your drainage field for signs of stress or failure
- test all mechanical and electrical components, including pumps, aerators, and control panels where present
After the visit, we provide a record of the work carried out and explain anything that needs attention.
