Privacy notice

We collect your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number (not required), eircode, information about your septic system.  You can also voluntarily provide us with any additional detail you consider relevant. Your data will not be sold.

Premier Tech  will use this data to arrange free visits with you to assess the state of your current septic system and identify your needs for repairs or upgrades.

The data controller is PREMIER TECH WATER AND ENVIRONMENT LIMITED, an Irish company based at Quartertown Lower, Quartertown Industrial Estate, Cork, P51PY20, Ireland.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you voluntarily give us by ticking the box "I consent to the collection, processing and sharing of my personal data as described in the document available here".

The data will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

The data is collected by PTWE (Premier Tech Water and Environment).

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability by contacting us at [email protected]. 

Data may be shared with third parties and, depending on your place of residence, may be transferred to Quebec, Canada or the United States, within the Premier Tech group, as well as to suppliers for data processing in order to achieve the purposes to which you consent.
