The filter performs biological treatment and filtration of wastewater in addition to retaining pollutants until they degrade. It acts as an actual physical barrier that guarantees the durability of the infiltration zone while preserving the existing soil. What you get is a permanent system whose maintenance does not affect the landscaping. Clustering means connecting several filters in parallel. Each individual filter has an approximate capacity of 1 440 L/day for commercial and institutional applications, and 975 L/day for community applications.
Superior High Strength Wastewater treatment. The Segflo Recirculating Biotower is a simple, reliable and proven process. It relies on the principle of bacterial segregation which, combined with an efficient oxygenation, provides excellent performance results, reducing BOD5, TSS and fats, oils and grease (FOG) to within and below regulatory standards.
The Rotofix ® Rotating Biological Contactor is an aerobic biological treatment system that uses semi-submerged fixed cultures without the use of traditional blowers. Its modular and innovative design provides the benefit of reliability, durability and low energy and operating costs.
Ecoprocess MBR combines the benefits of flexibility and high surface area, as seen in hollow fibers, with the durability and strength of flat sheets. The effluent produced by the Ecoprocess MBR can meet the strictest quality requirements for the discharge of treated wastewater, including disinfection, nitrogen reduction and phosphorus removal. The treated wastewater is suitable for re-use in applications where it is permitted. It requires up to 75% less installation area than that required by conventional treatment technologies and can be easily integrated into the local environment.
This type of treatment operates in “batch-process mode” and is time controllable. Such technologies are classified according to inflow method, type of fermentor or equalization tank, or how they are combined with other existing processes to create innovative treatments likely to meet specific needs.
