Contest rules
The contest is organized by Premier Tech Aqua and taking place between May 1 and December 31, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. inclusively.
Team members, representatives and agents of Premier Tech Aqua and its affiliated companies, together with those persons with whom the above are domiciled, are not eligible.
Once respondents have completed the Let us know what you think of it questionnaire found on the Premier Tech Aqua Web site, they will be invited to take part in the contest. Participants must provide their first and last names, civic address, city, province/state, postal/zip code, telephone number and email address on the entry form found on the Premier Tech Aqua Web site at www.ptenv.com. The total value of the prizes to be won is five hundred dollars ($500). Prize winners must own an installed and functioning Ecoflo ® Biofilter at the time they enter the contest. Prizes must be accepted as described in these Contest Rules and Regulations and cannot be substituted for any other prize, nor transferred, ceded or exchanged. Prizes will be drawn at random on Friday, January 9, 2009, at 11 A.M. at Premier Tech Aqua’s International Head Office, located at 1, avenue Premier à Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, G5R 6C1.
Prize winners will be contacted by telephone and will not subjected to a skill-testing question to receive their prize. They must claim their prize by calling Premier Tech Aqua’s Customer Service Department at 1 800 632-6356 prior to May 30, 2009, at 5 P.M. Winners will be called to let them know how to take possession of their prize.
All entries are subject to verification by the contest organizers. Any fraudulent application or attempted application shall be cancelled. The decision of the organizers in this regard shall be final in all respects and cannot be appealed.
By participating, the winners authorize the sweepstake organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their name, photo, image, voice and/or statement regarding their prize for advertising purposes, without any sort of remuneration or compensation.
Personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address and age are used for this contest’s administration purposes only and shall not serve any other purpose unless agreed upon with the party involved. By providing this information, participants agree that it may be used for the purposes described in the preceding paragraph. Any dispute or litigation regarding the conduct or the organization of a public contest (for advertising purposes) may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to and settled by the Régie.
No purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Only residents of Canada and the U.S. are eligible and must be 18 or over.
